How to measure
- Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, typically just under your armpit. Ensure the measuring tape is comfortably snug but not too tight. Then look for the shirt size that has a chest measurement of around 4” larger than your body measurement.
- Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, which is usually the narrowest part of your torso (often where the 5 th or 6 th button of your shirt falls).

How to measure
- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust. Make sure the measuring tape isn’t too tight, and that it is aligned to your bust even at the back.
- Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, where your waist is narrowest. Make sure the tape is snug but comfortable.

Hips: Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of
your hips. This is generally around 9” below your natural waist, and it is
always below your hip bone. Keep the measuring tape comfortably snug.
