Shipping policy

We're keen that you receive your clothes soon, and we're committed to doing everything we can to ensure just that. This policy outlines the shipping options and timelines you can expect when placing an order with us. 

Domestic Shipping
We do charge a nominal flat fee of INR 100 for all domestic shipments.

International Shipping

We ship internationally. We use government registered post because they are affordable and reliable. A shipment usually takes between 7 - 15 days to reach. The charge for government registered post is INR 1000 for the first 400 grams (roughly two shirts) and then another INR 100 for every additional 50 grams. International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.

Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes (though highly unlikely from our previous experience), which are the responsibility of the customer.

If you wish to receive your parcel sooner, let us know and we can look into a private courier option. 

Shipping Timelines
All orders are processed within 7 business days of being placed. However, since we offer pre-orders primarily, we require a couple of weeks to make the garments and ship them to you. If you pre-order a garment, you should expect to receive your order within 3-4 weeks (but we will try sooner). 
Once processed, we ship your order via Blue Dart.
Estimated delivery times are 3-4 working days for standard shipping.
