Refund policy
Returns and Exchanges
It is difficult for us to offer returns and exchanges as this is a limited edition collection, based mostly on pre-orders. We do not have a permanent office or a warehouse, or ongoing collections to offset against exchanges and returns. Still, we do not want you to be stuck with something you don't like or something that does not fit you, so do get in touch and we will try to help you if we can.
To make sure we can still use the item you are returning, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (we understand you might try it on once to check for size, but it is absolutely important that the garment does not show any signs of being worn when you return it). You’ll also need to refer to your order number.
To start a return, you can contact us at shop@brasstacks.co.in within a week of receiving the item, and we will guide you through the process. We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can set things right. The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a piece you're not happy with.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and we'll process your refund or exchange within a couple of working days. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
